My name is Dave Eddy and I reside in Kittery, Maine. I was born in 1967. I grew up and graduated from Towanda Area High School in Towanda, Pennsylvania. I played Baseball from the age of eight until I graduated from high school making many all-star teams within my age group. In 1984 I participated in the Pennsylvania American Legion East-West Baseball All-Star game. In 1985 I received the Offensive Player of the Year Award for Towanda Area High School Baseball. In 1985 I was selected to the Northern Tier League All-Star Team in Pennsylvania for High School Baseball. In 1985 I was recruited to attend Princeton University, U.S. Naval Academy, and Mansfield University for Baseball. In 1985 I participated in an open try-out for the Philadelphia Phillies. 2000-2007 I coached at the Little League level in Kittery for Baseball regular season play. 2004-2007 I coached at the Little League level in Kittery for Baseball All-Star play. 2011-2012 I coached at the Little League level in Kittery for Softball regular season play. 2013 I completed the Certification for the Maine Principals Association (MPA) as a Softball Coach. 2013 I coached at the Varsity level at Traip Academy High School for Softball. 2013-2014 I coached at the Little League Junior level in Kittery for Softball regular season play. 2013-2014 I coached at the ASA Softball U14 Level with the USA Lady Mavericks. 2013 and 2014 I attended the World Softball Coaches Convention. 2015 I attended the Maine Principals Association (MPA) Softball Coaches Clinic. 2014 and 2015 I completed certification as an ASA ACE Softball Coach. 2015 I certified with the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) as a Softball Coach. 2015 I certified in First-Aid, Concussions, Heat Prevention, and CPR. 2015 I am currently coaching the U14 USA Lady Mavericks Softball team and coaching at Traip Academy High School at the Varsity level for Softball. I have been with the USA Lady Mavericks Softball organization for three years, one as a parent and two as a Coach.
